NABC Pleads For The Fifth

The National Association of Basketball Coaches is submitting a proposal to the NCAA that includes adding a fifth year of eligibility. What a great idea! This would help fight off the loss of talent to the pros (in basketball and football) and reward the players who really want to be in college. It would accomplish much of the same things that freshman ineligibility would, but it's a much more realistic proposal.
