Jim Caldwell To Coach Cowboys?
As a longtime Dallas Cowboys hater, nothing would make me happier than to see them hire Jim Caldwell as their head coach. Seriously, that's one of the funniest things I've read in a loooong time. I know Jerry Jones has lost touch with reality, but wow.
The Dallas Cowboys, one of the NFL's marquee franchises (I hated typing that), hiring a failed Wake Forest football coach would just be outstanding. It says something when you are one of the worst coaches in the ACC. To turn that failure into being hired as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys - replacing Bill Parcells! - would be one of the all-time career turnarounds.
Make the move, Jerry. I beg you.

In fairness, Gailey was a hot assistant at the time, running the Steelers' creative offense with Kordel Stewart.
